We guarantee a 24-to-72-hour response time guarantee for all service contract holders – If we miss this deadline, the callout won't be taken off the yearly allowance included in your service contract. If we can't diagnose the issue within 72 hours then we will handle getting you a replacement while we do deeper diagnostics.

Each of our services are also available as part of our SMS service contracts.

We are only taking on one level 3 (top tier) client, two level 2 clients and three level 1 clients for 2024.
